The role
You’ll execute partner co-marketing with a primary focus on events and content ideation. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you’ll turn partner relationships into high-quality events, useful content, and importantly pipeline.
- Plan & deliver events (in-person/virtual): owning end-to-end campaign which includes setting up landing page in HubSpot, timelines, speakers, venues/webinars, run-of-show, collateral, managing RSVPs in Salesforce, on-site support with travel occasionally
- Drive attendance: joint target lists, invite email templates/LinkedIn copy, partner sends, landing pages/RSVP forms, reminders, calendar holds
- Follow ups: thank-yous, materials, meeting hand-offs, notes to CRM; reporting registrations
- Partner Marketing Development Fund admin: draft requests, track spend, gather proofs, submit claims on time
- Content and Ideation (with manager support): event pages, invite copy, speaker bios, post-event recaps, checklists/one-pagers, short social posts
- Partner coordination: keep shared calendars current; secure logos/approvals; update partner directory profiles
- Ops & reporting: maintain clean records in Salesforce/HubSpot; build simple dashboards (with support)
You’ll thrive here if you
- Love ownership and collaboration —you run a checklist, keep momentum, and communicate clearly
- Can write concise copy (invites, landing pages, recaps) and polish it with feedback
- Enjoy live event days and stay calm on logistics
- Are curious about ecommerce, CMS platforms and partner ecosystems
Must-haves
- Experience in B2B marketing, events, partner marketing or agency environment (or strong placement/internship with transferable skills)
- Hands-on with Google Docs/Slides/Sheets, HubSpot/Salesforce (or similar),
- Comfortable building basic landing pages/forms and using UTMs/GA4 for tracking
- Strong organisation and stakeholder comms
Nice to have
- Exposure to ecommerce/CMS or martech (Shopify, Adobe/Magento, BigCommerce, Umbraco, Kentico, Klaviyo, Trustpilot, StackAdapt, etc.)
- Light design skills (Canva/Figma) for resizing assets/social tiles
- Familiarity with web development or SEO terminology
- Understanding of the marketing funnel within B2B
