About Vervaunt
Vervaunt, now part of IDHL, is a London-based eCommerce and paid media consultancy agency, focused on driving growth for aspirational retail brands. Overall purpose
Account Directors at Vervaunt are responsible for managing the successful delivery of client work by leading strategic thinking across their pods, using their top-level perspective to suggest new ideas, encourage innovation and mentor team members to ensure knowledge transfer and team upskilling.
Account Directors get involved with new business, working with Group Account Directors to understand available capacity and proactively getting involved with pitch development to bring new clients into their pods.
They demonstrate Vervaunt values in every interaction they have both internally and with external stakeholders.
Commercially savvy
Oversees resource planning and scopes of work for existing clients to ensure the team is utilised effectively and efficiently to balance profitability with team wellbeing
Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive commercial success
Identifies and capitalises on opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, enhancing overall service offerings and revenue
Supports Vervaunt's mission to work with leading eCommerce brands by developing and delivering compelling pitches, maintaining the highest quality and aiming for successful outcomes
Client centric
Develops a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, core functions, and competitors, and facilitate Vervaunt's engagement with senior stakeholders
Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients built on trust to ensure Vervaunt is embedded in client teams and integral to strategy and business objectives
Maintains a client-centric approach with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Team centred
Supports and guides their teams in the creation and implementation of leading class performance marketing strategies
Takes proactive responsibility for your team's professional growth by providing mentorship, setting clear goals, and offering regular feedback
Develops and implement retention strategies to maintain a high retention rates and fosters a positive and engaging work environment

Conducts regular reviews of the team's output to ensure quality standards are met and provide guidance for continuous improvement
Ensures that new staff are effectively onboarded with comprehensive training programs and foster a best-in-class team by supporting ongoing development opportunities for all team members
