Your role as Account Director:
As Account Director, you will lead and drive the overall strategy within your client portfolio.
- Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients
- Understand your clients’ business, markets and objectives
- Guide your clients with the agency’s new innovative thinking
- Deliver the best and most appropriate new media solutions
- Produce monthly revenue & renewal forecasts and reports
- Ensure that a central file is kept of essential client information
- Monthly and quarterly client planning sessions and reviews with clients
- Work to client profitability targets
What we'd like you to bring to the role:
- Considerable experience in a Digital Agency
- Proven experience in People Management
- Consistent achievement of financial targets and ability to upsell to clients
- Highly organised and able to manage documentation
- High quality customer service and rapport building skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment using high levels of initiative to deliver results
