About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Client Services to lead and develop our Client Services function, overseeing a team of around 25 talented professionals.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially driven individual with a strong background in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing who thrives on building client relationships, driving performance, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a Client Services team of 25, including six direct reports
Drive client retention and revenue growth across the portfolio
Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, providing strategic direction and commercial insight
Support and guide your direct reports with key client relationships and wider team management
Act as a trusted escalation point for high-profile pitches and complex client challenges
Sit as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), ensuring clear communication and alignment between Senior leadership and the wider Client Services function
Lead input into new business pitches and proposals
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance within the team
Demonstrate strong conflict resolution and client relationship management skills
Hold overall responsibility for team targets and performance outcomes
About You
A proven commercial leader with significant experience in digital marketing, ideally with deep knowledge of SEO and PPC
Demonstrated ability to improve client retention and drive revenue growth
Confident managing large teams and developing senior client service professionals
Skilled communicator who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership
Adept at managing multiple priorities, with a calm and professional approach to escalation and challenge
Comfortable operating at a senior level within a fast-paced, evolving business
The Offer
Competitive salary, up to £80,000
