eCommerce Consultant
Do the work you’re proud of, with support at every step.
Overall purpose
At Vervaunt, now a part of IDHL Group, our eCommerce Consultants are focused on driving commercial success for our clients by delivering best-in-class strategic advice and technical execution. We work closely with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their brands and use that knowledge to deliver strategic thinking that has a measurable and tangible impact on short- and long-term growth.
At Vervaunt, our eCommerce Consultants are motivated by an insatiable curiosity about what drives the best results for their clients. You ask questions, interrogate briefs and challenge assumptions to ensure you have a full understanding of the client’s outcomes in order to deliver the best results. You proactively apply your strategic and analytical skills and are able to prove impact through data-driven results.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle (most commonly replatforming projects or other change projects) — from requirements gathering and architecture design to vendor selection and implementation oversight — ensuring that all recommendations are aligned to the client’s strategic goals and will deliver measurable improvements.
