Account Manager
Role Overview
IDHL is one of Europe’s leading digital agencies - and we’re at the start of an incredible journey in the US. This is a brand-new growth phase, and with it comes huge opportunity for ambitious people who want to help shape something from the ground up.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of that momentum. You’ll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, as we deliver performance-led marketing strategies that drive measurable results. It’s a role for someone commercially minded, proactive, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong client relationships to support retention and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Lead generation, upselling, and renewal strategy across performance marketing services
- Contribute to client strategies and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results
- Compile monthly SEO performance reports and attend client meetings
- Identify growth opportunities and steer accounts toward long-term success
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded
Person Specification
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
- Proven experience in a commercial sales or account management role
- Understanding of digital marketing solutions (performance marketing experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and able to manage documentation and reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
- Commercially minded with a focus on outcomes
- Experience in a digital agency or client-facing sales environment preferred
- Legal right to work in the United States
