About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic recent graduate to start their career in the world of Digital. If you are a quick learner, with meticulous attention to detail, a head for maths and a solid understanding of Excel this role could be perfect for you!
Role Purpose:
This position is an ideal introduction to the Digital industry, using in-house developed and industry leading software (full training provided) to conduct a range of duties, including competitor analysis, insights and reporting, all aspects of lead generations/sale conversations supporting business growth and much more.
Attention to detail over all aspects of this job is paramount, and the key to fulfilling your job successfully. This team is fundamental to the whole sales process across all divisions and relied on heavily by senior management therefore, accuracy is pivotal in this role.
You will also be responsible for ensuring high quality work and will liaise with our internal teams to understand and resolves issues to the client’s satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure contract delivery services
- Fulfil daily and monthly reporting requirements across the group
- Work closely with senior management to ensure monthly KPI reports are delivered
- Build statement of works and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Accurately track individual and team performance
- Record and attribute leads, supporting the sales process with administrative tasks
- Understand and deliver value out of CRM systems like Salesforce for our commercial teams
- Assist colleagues, clients, and partners with general and project-specific requirements
- Support the legal team to improve and expand compliance processes
- Deal with inbound enquiries and resolve issues to client satisfaction
- Keep up to date with new and existing technologies relevant to BI such as AI
- Contribute to the continued growth of the business through high-quality work
- Communicate effectively with staff across all offices to help resolve issues
- Create engaging and creative monthly or yearly presentations as required
